      I AM PLEASED TO REPORT THAT THIS FIXTURE IS FULLY SUPPORTED. WE WILL BE A PARTY OF SOME 28 PERSONS INCLUDING 4 VISITORS. I WILL CONFIRM FINAL ARRANGMENTS AS SOON AS I HAVE TIMINGS FROM THE COACH COMPANY.

I HAVE CONTACTED BLANDFORD AND THEY WILL PROVIDE LUNCH FROM 12.30PM WITH THE MATCH STARTING AT 2.00PM. IT WILL BE 6 MIXED RINKS IN WHITES.
